Online, Convenient, Contactless

You can easily book rooms/studios completely online. You’ll have an overview of your accommodation reservation 24 hours a day thanks to our virtual receptionist Alfred. Before your arrival, you will receive an email with all information about your stay and access PIN codes, which will grant you access to the building, rooms/studios, parking information, and ski or bike storage. Accommodation is completely self-service and contactless.

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-in is completely contactless; based on your completed reservation, filled-in check-in details, and online payment, you will receive access PIN codes to open the SAFE box located in front of the main entrance to the Apartmány Na Faře building (directly opposite the Stodola Na Bílé building). Your keys, possibly a BESKYDY Card, and other vouchers, according to your order, are stored in the SAFE box.

Check-out: by 10:00

If you require a later check-out time for your room/studio, please contact our reception to verify if it’s possible given the arrival of other guests. Late check-out is standardly until 12:30 and is subject to a fee of 300,-Kč/room/studio.

Free parking directly at the property.

1 parking space is allocated to each room/studio. We recommend parking other vehicles (after unloading luggage) in the free public car park behind the church.

Free Wi-fi is available in all accommodation areas. You will receive the network name and password in the information email before arrival and in the guest information provided in individual rooms/studios.

Ski and bike storage

For our guests, ski storage and a drying room are available in the entrance hall of the Stodola Na Bílé building. The bike storage is located right behind the main building.

Excellent buffet breakfasts

Breakfasts are available in the common room of the Stodola Na Bílé building (approx. 10m from Apartmány Na Faře), priced at 220,-Kč/adult, 180,-Kč/child 2-11.9 years. Orders are accepted as part of your reservation or for an already booked reservation – via virtual receptionist Alfred or by email, or by phone: 725 222 113.

Lunches and dinners – for further dining, we recommend the Domovjanka café and restaurant (self-service restaurant) or the restaurant at Hotel Bauer.

Heating – rooms/studios are equipped with underfloor heating. Additionally, in the bathroom, there is a heated towel rail that switches on at set intervals and cannot be adjusted. We kindly ask you not to tamper with the heating.

Dogs are welcome here. Please always remember to notify us in advance about your stay with a dog (if you haven’t already done so as part of your reservation) by phone: 725 222 113. The fee is 300,-Kč/1 dog/night. We kindly ask you to clean up after your pets.

Information for smokers

All areas of Stodola Na Bílé – rooms/studios, corridors, and others – are non-smoking!

A designated area for smokers is located in front of the entrance.

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 7:00

Additional tips:

Room keys also fit the main entrance.

For children, we will gladly lend you a cot, potty, and baby bath.
