You can easily book your apartments completely online. You will have an overview of your accommodation reservation 24 hours a day thanks to our virtual receptionist Alfredo. Before arrival, you will receive all information about your stay and access PIN codes via email, which will grant you access to the building, your apartment, parking information, and ski or bike storage. The accommodation is completely self-service and contactless.
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-in is completely contactless. Based on your confirmed reservation, completion of check-in details, and online payment, you will receive access PIN codes for the entrance door and for opening the SAFE box by the apartment door, where the keys are stored.
Check-out: by 10:00
If you require a later check-out time, please contact our reception to verify if it is possible due to the arrival of other guests. Late check-out is standardly until 12:30 and is subject to a fee of 300,-Kč/ apartment.
Free Parking Directly at the Property
You can park behind the Domovjanka building, in the parking space designated for your specific apartment. Parking directly in front of the entrance is primarily for restaurant guests, but you may use it for loading and unloading luggage.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the accommodation. You will receive the network name and password in your informational email before arrival, as well as in the guest information provided in each apartment.
Private Storage for Sports and Other Equipment
For our guests, we have a private storage facility for sports and other equipment available for each apartment. It is located on the 1st floor of the building, behind the stairs on the left. The entrance door can be opened using a PIN code; you enter individual lockers with your apartment key. The storage is accessible 24 hours a day.
Excellent Buffet Breakfast Directly in the Building
Breakfast is available at the Domovjanka restaurant and cafe for 220,-Kč/ adult, 180,-Kč/ child 2-11.9 years. We accept orders via our virtual receptionist Alfredo or by email, or by phone at: 725 222 113. In the restaurant, simply state your name and apartment number. Without prior ordering, you can also take advantage of Domovjanka’s current breakfast offerings.
Breakfast times: 8:00 – 10:00
Lunches and Dinners – for further dining, we recommend the Domovjanka cafe and restaurant (self-service restaurant) or the restaurant at Hotel Bauer.
Dogs are welcome here. Please always remember to notify us in advance about your stay with a dog (if you haven’t already done so during your reservation) by calling: 725 222 113. The fee is 400,-Kč/ 1 dog/ night. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets.
Information for Smokers
All areas of Luxusní Apartmány Domovjanka – apartments, apartment terraces, corridors, and others are non-smoking!
A designated area for smokers is located in front of the restaurant.
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 8:00
Additional tips:
Your keys also fit the main entrance.
For children, we will gladly lend you a cot, potty, and baby bath.
Heating – the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In the bathroom, there is also a heated towel rail that switches on at set intervals.
